Nutritious Life Garden & Science Program provides young people an opportunity to grow their own food, learn how to prepare meals with the food, and donate and/or sell food to their local community.
Young people will also create the atmosphere of the garden by decorating garden beds, creating wall murals, rock gardens and more!
ThruGuiDANCE has partnered with Toyota Sports Performance Center (TSPC) and the Los Angeles Kings (LA Kings) and in the fall of 2020 will launch '24 Degrees of Color', a diversify ice-skating program.
The goal of this program is to increase diversity and provide access to ice skating and hockey to young people living in Los Angeles County. This program will foster an environment for students to showcase their talent and pursue these sports competitively, if desired.
ThruGuiDANCE is a proud member of the California Department of Education's Summer Food Service Program (CACFP) and in 2017 launched Nutritious Life. Our program enables ThruGuiDANCE to provide healthy meals to summer programs, schools, recreation centers, churches, and community buildings in underserved communities throughout the state of California.
